resulting in extra downloads for the last set of images before the power outage. The adjusted count
calculates the average number of downloads over the missing period. For example, on
April 4th, 2007, the camera was unavailable for the following 15 days,
resulting in an unusually high download count for these images. The adjusted count averages out the number of
downloads over the 15 days, making room for images with more realistic download counts.
